So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Ornaments and dingbats are delightful and easy ways to add visual interest to your pages. They are simply little decorative elements you can set along with your type because they are characters in the font. 
OpenType fonts and expert sets often have ornaments as extra characters. You can also buy entire sets of them as typefaces.
