So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Resistance to change makes it difficult for the organizations to implement the proposed changes
required for the development of the organization. As discussed earlier, resistance to change is an
innate psychological response of human beings to anything new, and it is wise to acknowledge
it. Instead of trying to overcome it, this can be treated as valuable feedback from the people
subject to the change scenario and can be used to effectively manage the change process in the
