I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Power and Counter-power
It is interesting to note that when A has power over B, it is hardly unidirectional and B also found
to exert a ‘counter-power’ on A. For example, a manager with higher designation can indeed re an
employee when he is angry with the latter’s behaviours, but if the same employee is dedicated and hard
working then the manager will not be be able to act likewise. Thus, counter-power puts a stop and moti-
vates the manager to use power more judiciously.
