So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The H_BCC flag indicates that a header is either a
Bcc: (Bcc: on page 1152) or a Resent-Bcc: header. The
disposition of those headers is covered under the
NoRecipientAction option (NoRecipientAction on page
1060).
