It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

これで、PlayストアやAndroidデバイスにデプロイできる署名されたAPKの生成に成功するよう
になっている。
ウィザードを使わずにJavaの標準ツールを使ってAPKに署名し、さらにコマンドラインでアプリ
ケーションに署名をすることもできる。そのためには、まずプロジェクトをコンパイルして（このサン
プルでは、
yourApp.apk
）、次のコマンドを入力する。
jarsigner -keystore your-key.keystore yourApp.apk alias_name

Ant
を使ってコマンドラインからビルドする
Antは、Javaの標準ビルドツールで、Androidも非公開プロジェクトのビルドに使っている。
ADTチームは Ant からGradle（後述）に乗り換えようとしつつあるが、Antは今でもAndroid向け
のもっとも本格的なビルドツールである。
Antには、個別のニーズに合わせて
簡単に書き換えられるさまざまなスクリプトが含まれている。
Antは非常に堅牢で、役に立つさまざまなことを実行するために拡張できる（自動テストや静的分析
ツールの実行など）。Antについては、Apache Antホームページで詳しく説明されている。
Antは ADTはにプレインストールされており、PATHを正しく設定すれば自動的に使えるようにな
る（「1.3.1.4 環境変数PATHを設定する」参照）。実行できるビルドには2 種類のメインタイプがある。
