It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

ビルドファイルを生成
せずにプロジェクトをインポートできる。インポートされたプロジェクトは、
Android Studio
のなかでビルド、実行できるが、ビルドバリアントや将来登
場する高度な機能を使うことはできない。

を使うつもりなら、
Gradle
ビルドファイルを生成する（または自分で書く）ことを強くお勧めする。
1. ADTプラグインをver.22.0以上にアップデートする。
2. 「File」→「Export」を選ぶ。
3. 次のダイアログで、「Android」→「Generate Gradle build files」を選ぶ。
4. エクスポートしたいプロジェクトを選び、「Finish」をクリックする。
