Exporting Data from Access Tables
You can export data contained in Access tables in any format you can use to import data. The most common export operation with PC RDBMSs is the creation of mail-merge files, used with word-processing applications and spreadsheet files, for data analysis. In most cases, you might want to export the result of a query, enabling you to select specific records to export rather than the entire contents of a file. Exporting tables created from action queries is discussed in Chapter 11, "Using Action Queries."
