It should not only present information clearly and concisely and be easy to navigate but also tell your agency’s story. Web sites can do this through a vibrant marriage of words, photographs, and graphics, as found in an effective hard-copy brochure. A Web site may include client anecdotes, quotes, and testimonials. Some even include streaming video and sound. Although the technology and format may be new and changing, the basics remain the same.
