Your stakeholders are ready to see a finished product. And honestly, you are too. Ideas are bubbling faster than you can remember them all. That’s great. It really is. Write them all down. Every idea. Every possibility. Now, put them aside.

Before you go too far into designing a solution, you need to set the strategy. It might be really apparent by now. Document it. Communicate it. Get everyone onboard with it. And then... and then, you can revalidate your ideas and possibilities to ensure they’re on strategy. Then get to work on what everyone wants to see finished.
