Six Sigma teams working on projects are the primary means of deploying Six Sigma and accomplishing the goals of the enterprise. Six Sigma teams are sometimes lead by the Black Belt, but the team leader is often the Green Belt or a Six Sigma champion who has a passion for the project. Six Sigma teams are composed of groups of individuals who bring authority, knowledge, skills, abilities and personal attributes to the project.
