kernel oplocks = boolean — [global]
Allowable values: YES, NO
Default: YES
Breaks the oplock when a local Unix process or NFS operation accesses
an oplocked file, thus preventing corruption. This works only on
operating systems that support kernel-based oplocks, such as Linux
2.4 and Irix. Avoid changing. See also oplocks and
level2
oplocks.
