database. Allows WINS to be synchronized with DNS or other services.
The command is passed one of the arguments add,
delete, or refresh, followed by
the NetBIOS name, the name type (two hexadecimal digits), the TTL in
seconds, and the IP addresses corresponding to the NetBIOS name.
