So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Well, I’d say our work in this chapter wasn’t too shabby. Think of all the powerful things you can do with Flash forms, like remembering a user’s preferences, providing a discussion forum, or loading dynamic product information for a catalog. The flat file Perl database in the online Code Depot will take you further down the road toward building those kinds of applications. In the next chapter, we’ll study the intricacies of text fields and their application within Flash forms.
