Math.E Property — the constant e (the base of the natural logarithm)

Math.E
The
E property stores an
approximation of the natural logarithmic base (roughly 2.71828),
which in mathematics is represented by the symbol
e. It is a transcendental number like π,
used in mathematical equations involving growth or change.
Don’t confuse it with the E that is used for
exponential notation as described in Section 4.3.2 in Chapter 4. The
two are unrelated.
