It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Description
The show( ) method causes the default system
mouse pointer to reappear after Mouse.hide( )
has been invoked. It can be used to provide a normal pointer at
necessary times in a movie, such as when the user is expected to fill
in a form. This is one way to handle the unfortunate appearance of
the text I-beam when the system pointer is hidden.
