19.5.1. Snow water equivalent products
The SWE products were calculated from satellite observations and archived in several public scientific data centers in the world to support the various hydrological, meteorological, climatological, and economical applications.
Examples of the continental satellite SWE products are listed as follows:
- (1) GlobSnow Northern Hemisphere SWE product from 1979 to present produced by the European Space Agency (ESA) (http://www.globsnow.info/);
