Chapter 6. Ideal Workflow
Workflow is a subject that's difficult to read about without falling asleep. To avoid this effect as much as possible, let's take a look at the big picture. I consider it my “under pain of death” responsibility to give industry veterans and newcomers alike a good sketch using broad strokes before delving into technical details. The first point to remember is that game industry veterans are still babies compared with veterans of other industries, and a lot of the mistakes being made by the “old hands” are the ones folks in other industries made ages ago.
