I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

WTO is run by its governments. All major decisions are made by the membership
as a whole, either by ministers (who meet every two years) or by ocials (who
meet regularly in Geneva). Decisions are normally taken by consensus. The highest
authority is the Ministerial Conference which meets at least once in every two
years. More routine work is supervised by the General Council. Numerous other
councils, committees, working parties, and negotiating groups cover the wide
