INCULCATING VALUES IN MANAGEMENT

‘Values should be an integral part of corporate mission and objectives. Else, there

should be a separate statement for values. They should be expressively mentioned

in the strategic intent’. An organisational mission statement that truly reflects the

vision and values shared by everyone within the organisation. It not only creates
