We will discuss two tools from literature for assessing the changes that are likely to be experienced by
the organization implementing the ERP system.
4.7.1 Force Field Analysis
The objective of the force eld analysis is to assess the current state of the organization to gather all the
factors that would support the changes and the ones that would oppose the changes. The management
