So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

pects tend to deteriorate, insiders may step up expropriation. In such a scenario, unless there are
effective laws against such malpractices and they are effectively enforced, outside investors will
not be able to do anything but to withdraw their investments. Therefore, investor protection is abso-
lutely essential for the orderly development and continued proper functioning of capital markets.
