It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Everywhere ownership is the basis of power. The shareholders nominate and elect directors,
who run the enterprise on their behalf. The directors are the stewards of the resources of the
business and demonstrate their accountability to the shareholders, in the form of regular nancial
