Polymorphism makes possible the same functions to act differently on different classes as shown in Figure 15.9.

It is an important feature of OOP concept and has the ability to take more than one form. Polymorphism

accomplishes an important part in allowing objects of different classes to share the same external interface.

It is possible to code a non-specific (generic) interface to a set of associated actions.
