Data Source to create the data source. e fi eld names are already available in the Header row, which
are default fi elds for an address list. Any fi eld that is not required can be removed, and any new fi eld
can be added. For removing a fi eld, highlight that particular fi eld and click on the Remove Field Name
button. For adding a new fi eld, type the name of the fi eld in the Field Name box and then click on
the Add Field Name button. Click on the OK button and save the data structure as well as the data
source.
