Once you are ready with all the formatting and editing, you can print the document. To print a document,

click the Print button ( ) on the Standard toolbar, or select Print from the File menu to display the Print

dialog box (see Figure 4.68). This dialog box allows you to select the number of copies and how many pages of

the document you want to print. You can also specify the range of the document to print by choosing:

All • : To print all the pages of the document.

Current page • : To print the current page in the document.

Pages • : To print certain number of pages.
