3.8 WORKING WITH FILES AND FOLDERS
A file is defined as an organised and structured collection of related
information stored in secondary storage device. The information can
be of different types such as text, data or images. Similar to the way
you keep files or documents in file folders for easy reference at office
or home, computers also contain folders, which hold different docu-
