20.11 RANDOM ACCESS OPERATION
Data files always contain large information and the information always changes. The changed information
should be updated otherwise the data files are not useful. Thus to update data in the file we need to update the
data files with latest information. To update a particular record of data file it may be stored anywhere in the file
