CREATING A CLEAR AND POWERFUL TRANSFORMATION OBJECTIVE
A transformation objective is a statement that outlines the company’s overall digital transformation aspirations and goals. It aggregates the strategic intent of all the guiding objectives that span the company’s divisions or businesses. As such, it unifies the aims of the transformation to promote aligned execution. Without a clear objective, the transformation can quickly become fragmented and unmanageable.
