BUILDING ORGANIZATIONAL MOMENTUM AND ENGAGEMENT

A good vision sets the strategic direction, but an engaged workforce creates the momentum needed to transform the vision into reality. Large, transformative change programs only succeed when leaders earn employees’ trust, engage them, and mobilize them for action. Unfortunately, there is no “secret sauce” that will instantly generate organizational momentum for digital transformation: it takes time and resilience.
