TAKING AN INVENTORY OF EXISTING DIGITAL INITIATIVES
To orchestrate a winning digital transformation, one of the first steps is to determine where the organization stands today. Toward that end, digital leaders should conduct an inventory of the organization’s existing digital initiatives in order to minimize duplications, understand dependencies, and ensure strategic alignment.
