Technical requirements

This chapter will require some basic Unix programming skills and knowledge about using a command-line terminal application. If you are in a Windows OS then consider using either the Command Prompt or the PowerShell application. If you are on the macOS operating system then use the Terminal application that is installed for you by default. If you are using Linux, then you should already have a Terminal installed or available.
