When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Project managers
Although a product owner might take on the role of a project manager and can help facilitate the duties of a scrum master, it is best if the roles are done by separate people. A project manager can be seen as an agent of change who adapts to a dynamic work environment. At the end of the day, the project manager wants to be able to get the deliverable shipped to the end users and can help open the channels of communication between different teams. It is important that developers are able to communicate openly and notify project managers of any issues they encounter during their feature work.
Some companies also employ an Agile program manager who is in charge of the workflow and methodologies in an Agile working environment. ...
