I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Stress reduction
Another benefit is reduced stress by all personnel during software delivery days. Manual processes tend to create undue stress as whoever is doing the manual process must be diligent and not make any mistakes in the delivery process. An automated delivery process is great in that it ensures that each run will be executed in the same manner. A mistake in an manual process might require support from senior personnel in fixing issues.
