Timezone differences

As more and more teams are becoming distributed and global, differences in time zones can create communication bottlenecks. Developers working in drastic time zone differences need to ensure that good CI/CD practices are in play. Broken CI builds and configuration management issues can quickly become exacerbated with time zone differences as a team in one time zone will be left flapping in the wind with effective work able to be done. Communication is especially more important with distributed teams as the lack of face-to-face interaction can lead to communication failures, and at worst can create animosity between teams if not properly managed.
