I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

- Automation is a process where you enable an action to be done automatically via a script or some kind of action.
- It is important to open communication between departments in order to find manual processes.
- Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery
- Automation scripts are useful because they help automate manual tasks.
- A company intranet can help empower other departments share information and link disconnected information.
- Other departments should share data because it helps bridge information across departments and increases the chances of using data in interesting ways.
