When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Conducting rollbacks
Release days tend to be stressful because mistakes that occur during the release process can create hard-to-detect issues, or the new system that is being released may have defects. Rehearsing releases can help mitigate such issues and can help people quickly solve issues that they may encounter.
The best strategy is to have a previous version of a software system ready before the release and after the release in case you have to roll back the system to a previous version; this excludes any necessary data migration or configuration. As another viable alternative, you can redeploy a known good version of an application. The rollback should be able to be done at a click of a button.
