Removing manual processes

Avoid making build scripts that contain a list of steps you must do to finish a particular part of a deployment.

Here is a list of possible steps in a manual process:

• Copy all of the images from the root of the project into the static/build folder
• Run a manual migration of data on a new production release
• If someone has to SSH into a box and run a script, this could be problematic

Any steps that must be done manually can quickly become out of date in a document, so the easiest instruction to follow is, if you have to do an action a second time, to make an automated process.
