Enabling a UAA client to use the Asset service

To allow a UAA client to work with assets via the Asset service, proceed as follows:

1. Sign in to the UAA Dashboard, following this link: https://uaa-dashboard.run.aws-usw02-pr.ice.predix.io/#/login.
2. Create the predix-asset.zones.<service_instance_guid>.user group. In this example, the group will have the following name: predix-asset.zones.2d86d5e7-5378-4f0b-b437-124bb75e5fd7.user.
3. Assign the group to a client user. You can specify the Scope and Authorities parameters for the client manually, using the group name from item 2. Alternatively, you can select an Asset service instance from the Authorized Services list.
4. Get an authorization token for the client. You can do this on the Client Info
