I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

16.5 HARMONIC REDUCTION
Harmonic currents can propagate from one piece of equipment to another through
solid conductors or by electromagnetic coupling. Equipment not connected by conduc-
tors cannot inict each other by conduction. However, high-frequency harmonic cur-
rents can inict other equipment in the proximity by the electromagnetic interference
(EMI) through the magnetic coupling via the leakage ux in air. Therefore, in addition
to ltering out major harmonics currents, we need to protect harmonic-sensitive loads
both from the conducted harmonics by not connecting through wire and from the radi-
