Cafés have long been places of innovation and lateral thinking. Café owners have sought to differentiate themselves by creating novel spaces to attract customers. There are many hybrid cafés that mix coffee with barber shops, bookshops, bicycle repair shops or lawyers’ offices. There are innovative business models and creative environments. Here are a few notable examples.
