As with cafés, restaurants offer great opportunities for creativity, innovation and lateral thinking. The more enterprising restauranteurs are always looking for clever ways to differentiate themselves. Obviously, they can do all manner of things with their cuisine and menu choices but they can also innovate with their location, appearance, business model and customer experience.
