System Center Opalis
Opalis is a technology that Microsoft acquired and added to the System Center family. It is a workflow product that shares data and initiates actions between System Center Operations Manager, System Center Configuration Manager, System Center Service Manager, System Center Virtual Machine Manager, Active Directory, and a number of third-party products. It is intended to automate tasks that would normally be done by a human. This will reduce response times and mistakes.
