A Virtualization Project Plan
The plan contained here might not be correct for your organization or every virtualization project that you may work on. The idea is to make you think about your project and to figure out what the plan should be. We will provide you with a sample project plan and describe it. It will be up to you to either use the provided project plan as is or adjust it to suit your requirements. Maybe the plan is fine as is. Maybe you'll tweak some steps, add some, or even remove some. What is important is that you will think about the plan and use one for your virtualization project.
