I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Link Aggregation Control Protocol (LACP)
The LACP protocol is fully supported with vDS (note that it's not available for vSS). You can connect the ESXi host to physical switches by using dynamic link aggregation. LACP must be prepared correctly for the physical part of the networking. You create Link Aggregation Groups (LAG), every LAG group is with two or more ports. You can create up to 64 LAGs. Information about the configuration maximum is part of Maximus vSphere 6.5 documents.
