It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Health check
The health check is the next part of configuring vDS. This technology is used to monitor changes in vDS and helps with the troubleshooting process. You can check the MTU, teaming policy, and VLAN trunk. You would very fast know information about misconfiguration between the ESXi host and a physical switch:
