So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
VM restart and monitoring
You can override specific vSphere HA (but also vSphere DRS) configurations for specific VMs directly from the cluster level. In the Configure tab, under the Configuration menu:

The first option is the Automation level, but it's related to vSphere DRS. For vSphere HA, you can specify a different VM restart priority, shown as follows:
