Introduction

Documentation is a statement of pride and ownership. It is a tangible public declaration of competence and ability. This chapter covers various document creation, maintenance, and information management processes. It will outline basic “best practices” and hopefully inspire a more collaborative and comprehensive approach toward the broadcast facility’s technical information management.
