In the first part of this chapter, we looked at the ML process according to CRISP-DM. As AI applications using neural networks are becoming increasingly powerful and can also have an impact on people, we then turned our attention to the ethical and legal implications and challenges that need to be considered in the first phase of CRISP-DM, the business (process) understanding.
