Building a User Provisioning Process Manager
Developing the muscle memory that supports modeling event-sourced systems is essential to being able to build event-sourced applications that grow and thrive in production and can be maintained by large teams.
As an exercise in developing that muscle memory, you’re going to follow the same process you did earlier, but this time the code won’t be provided for you. You can build as many or as few of the primitives as you like, but you should at least build the process manager.
The process that you’re going to build is a pretty common one: the new user provisioning process. In the process described by the following diagram, two things need to happen when a new user is provisioned:
