I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

At its core, NATS is a universal connectivity and messaging system. For those of us old enough to remember the days of landlines, we like to say that NATS is a universal dial tone, and the company Synadia provides a global, managed version of this, giving applications cheap access to messaging anywhere in the world.
NATS also supports persistent, replicated streams and additional abstractions built on top of those such as key-value stores and object stores. NATS doesn’t require a heavy-handed central administration like some other messaging products and can be used easily on a laptop for testing and clustered globally for production.
